Who we are
Dashcore ("we," "us," or "our") builds custom operating systems and business software for small and growing companies. This policy explains what we collect when you visit dashcore.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form submissions. When you fill out the "Let's talk" form, we collect your name, work email, phone (optional), company, company size, industry, and a description of what you're looking to solve.
- Email subscriptions. When you subscribe to our weekly email, we collect your email address through our email provider, MailerLite.
- Direct correspondence. When you email us at [email protected] or [email protected], we keep that correspondence to respond and follow up.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type, browser) collected via Fathom Analytics. Fathom does not use cookies or track individuals.
- Server logs. IP address and request metadata, used for security and to diagnose issues.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and follow up.
- Send our weekly email if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time).
- Improve the site and understand which content is useful.
- Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We will never sell your data. We do not use your information to train AI models or advertise to you across the web.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as you remain a customer or prospect, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information any time — see Your rights below.
Cookies
Dashcore.com uses minimal cookies — primarily for keeping you signed in if you're an admin, and remembering small UI preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fathom Analytics is cookie-free by design.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. California, the EU/UK), you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time (use the link at the bottom of any email).
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we don't do this, but you have the right to make the request.
To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Dashcore is a business-to-business service. Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect what we collect — encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and limited internal access. Nothing is bulletproof, but we don't take shortcuts.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give notice on the site or by email.
